I am currently a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, supporting the Library’s Data & Discovery Solutions team. While pursuing my Master’s in Information and Communication Sciences (CICS), I focus on diagnosing hardware/software issues and ensuring consistent system performance for university operations.

My professional journey covers over 10 years of IT experience, beginning in Shiraz, Iran. Uniquely, I also hold a Master’s degree in Architecture. This diverse background allows me to approach IT challenges with a structured, design-oriented mindset that goes beyond standard troubleshooting.
